Brilliant! What is there not to love about a egg ninja! Hope it did well!
Sorry for the late comment! Hope to see you tomorrow! #mysundayphoto
I know, don’t you just love the myopic focus of a 5 year old boy – right now, everything he does involves Lego Ninja, so why not his Easter Egg? Unfortunately it didn’t win – but it did in my eyes!
Thanks for popping by
What a fantastic decoration – very creative #MySundayPhoto

Ha ha, love it. I’m glad we don’t have egg decorating. I think I’d end up having to do the ideas and the making. We did colour ours in for the easter egg roll competition they do though

An Egg rolling competition? That sounds like it could be messy, even with a heavily boiled egg!
Hope you & N had fun xx
This is brilliant! We usually decorate eggs in our house for Easter but love the ninja theme! #mysundayphoto
Everything the boy does at the moment is Lego or Ninja themed. He’s 5yo so we’re in that ‘zone’ haha!
Thanks for commenting x
Great egg decorating! Bet he had a lot of fun making this! #mysundayphoto

It was relatively easy to decorate as he dipped the egg in food dye, then added the detail. I think he enjoyed making the Lego backdrop just as much as the egg!
Hope you’re doing OK
That’s so cool – I don’t think I’ve ever seen an egg ninja before 🙂
My boy is a total Lego Ninja enthusiast, so of course we turned to Pinterest (what did our parents do without it?!)
hehehe! I love it. What a great idea x

My boy is obsessed with Lego and Ninjas so it was no surprise that he said we wanted to make this!
Love it, what great imagination
Thank you for linking up

To be honest, I’m not sure my boy can think of much that isn’t Lego or Ninja based at the moment!
Thanks for the linky, Darren, it’s always great to link up and check out other bloggers photography
I love it! You can’t beat a bit of ninja egg at Easter. Did it win a prize? Neither of mine won, although their efforts were entirely there own and some of the other eggs in the competition were obviously not the work of 6 and 9 yr olds (not that I’m bitter or anything, hehe)
Anne recently posted…My Sunday Photo – 9th April 2017
Oh no, ours didn’t win a prize although if you ask me it should’ve done *me, biased towards my child?!! *
Yes, you can tell that my boy did his and he was super proud of his achievement. I can’t comment on who made our winning entry, but it was a Pinterest masterpiece!!
Still, at least our little ones can be very proud of what they have achieved
Have a great Easter
Ha ha, that’s the spirit of Easter right there! I love it 🙂

*LoL* the irony hadn’t hit me before! My boy was making Ninja Easter Egg whilst singing along to Lord of the Dance… oh, how funny!
Ha, that is brilliant, I think it should definitely be a winner. #mysundayphoto

Oh yes, I too think it should’ve been the winner. Then again, I’m his mother! hahaha!!
Thanks for popping by and linking up xx
I can see why this attempt would be the winner in your eyes. it is certainly an eye-catching interpretation of an Easter Egg. Hope you’re keeping well Tracey.

I think I’m always amazed when my boy puts his mind to it & and create something. He’s never been a big arts and crafts kinda person despite me constantly trying. So for me this gets a gold-star with distinction for effort!
Heh, love the design. Although it could just be a scene from the next Lego movie too? 🙂
Oh yes, it probably could be, hehe!! My boy is Lego-tastic he makes up scenes in the playroom all the time.
That is a brilliant Easter egg design for the competition. What a very fierce looking Egg Ninja and the Lego background sets it off perfectly 🙂
Louise (Little Hearts, Big Love) recently posted…My Sunday Photo 09/04/17
Thanks, Louise. My boy is so very into Lego that he really had fun making his egg. I think he enjoyed putting the background together almost as much as painting the egg!
Hope you have a lovely Easter xx
That has to be a winning entry!
Fiona Cambouropoulos recently posted…From Moor to Shore and back to the Farm
It was in my eyes, Fiona. Unfortunately it didn’t make it onto the winning podium but I’m super super super proud of him!
