Love this photo but you’ve now made me want to go and get some hot doughnuts from somewhere – nom, nom! 🙂

The children nicknamed him Mr D and were smitten by him!
Oh yes, it’ll be rude not to indulge in a packet of six *licks sugar from fingers!*
Freshly made Doughnuts, I find, are just delicious!
Ohhh this place is like a huge magnet. I love doughnuts at fairs!

The fair was a huge draw and it’s great because its in the heart of our market town and draws lots of people in.
The doughnuts were everywhere this year, and their smell make them really hard to resist!
Hi Tracey, bargain priced doughnuts! I’d have gone for the six, that much I do know… I may have even had a surreptitious lick of Mr. Doughnut too!

Haha!! Mr D (As the children nicknamed him) had lots of attention all night!
Yup, it’s hard to resist those donuts when the smell of them being freshly baked is wafting in the air!
My eldest is addicted to Krispy Creme but I don’t think you can beat a freshly fried donought from a stall, the smell draws you in and you can’t resist.

Fact: Pre-kids, many years ago I once ate six Krispy Creme donuts in one go and was then on a sugar high for 24 hours – I was sent home from work!!
I’m with you, you can’t beat a freshly fried doughnut eaten outside in the cool, Autumn air. (I think they taste nicer outside, too!)
I’m a real sucker for a donut, especially warm ones
Thank you for linking up
I know; when they’re being fried and the smell in the air coupled with the sweet smell of sugar and cinnamon it’s difficult to resist.
Thanks for the linky, as always!
Yum, I love donuts.

It’s that smell of the fresh, sweet dough that gets me every time!
I love the filter you’ve used….although it looks slightly scary in my opinion! #MySundayPhoto

I’m with you, John. The children thought Mr D (as they nicknamed him) was cute, I thought it was rather strange & almost wherever we were at the fair we could spot him!
What a quirky photo! Love the blurred effect in the background too 🙂

It was a strange sign, and almost wherever we turned we seemed to spot it. The children thought it was cute, I thought it was rather strange!!

My Little Mister cannot resist a doughnnut either!
I hadn’t thought about the value before. The rest of the Fair was so expensive we really did have to limit ourselves this year!
Oh yum! Hope you had a great day, we went to the Thame fair about 5 years ago when visiting my parents and had a lovely day.

I still think it’s strange that a whole City closes down, shops close their doors and roads are closed for three days. But it really does mark the start of autumn.
Yes, lots of fun was had by all including some over indulgences!
Lemme at ’em! Who doesn’t love a doughnut? I’ll have six please … 🙂
