Project 365 week 15. How did we get to day 100 in 2017 already? Seriously, how did that happen? Well, here’s my week in photos. This was the week I was at work whilst the children started their half term break. The first time in their entire schooling that I wasn’t at home for them. It felt very strange, but as work is less than 10 minutes away from home I’m did pop back home for lunch!
This was my Week 15 of my Project 365.
Day 99 | Sunday 9 April
The start of our Easter holidays and both Little Shires are still in bed at 9.30am! Unprecidented & will probably never happen again until they’re both way into their teens. But it was a welcome lie-in, although I was awake long before this time. Force of habit *unfortunately!*
Day 100 | Monday 10 April
The Little Shires were having a sleepover so I thought I’d have another go at making break in the slow cooker. This is as good as it got. Pale, not much rise and missing the smell of freshly baked bread. Not sure it’s worth the effort, to be honest!
Day 101 | Tuesday 11 April
I got this email from 500 Words Competition today. Ugh, my heart skipped a beat with excitement & nervousness as it popped into my inbox, then sank when I read it. I haven’t had the guts to tell Mademoiselle as yet…
Day 102 | Wednesday
I don’t know why we call it a sleepover! This is how I left Little Mister, all snuggled up in my bed. After his sleepover with his cousins & grandma he needed to recover from all the fun he had!
Day 103 | Thursday
Mademoiselle’s full gym routine for her impending competition in May. There’s still a lot to learn!
Day 104 | Friday
Our garden seems to have just exploded with colour thanks to last week’s gloriously warm weather. The tulips are making up for the poor show of Daffs we had, earlier this year
I'm Tracey, nice to meet you. Mummyshire was 'born' three years ago after we moved from London to the Oxford countryside. Here I chart our journey adjusting to our new lives, the challenges of being in the countryside & surviving parenthood.
