There are times when we just want to over indulge, and this Popcorn with white chocolate & sprinkles is one of our serious snacking sensations. The kids love it; it’s so easy to make and perfect for munching on when you’re watching Britain’s Got Talent with the kids!
It’s so simple. Start with the popcorn. Once you’ve popped your required amount in the pan let it cool for a few minutes by spreading it out onto a shallow baking tray or similar. Two large handfuls of popping corn usually gives me a 2ltr pan of popped corn.
Melt enough white chocolate to liberally dribble all over the popcorn. As a guide I use approx 100g of chocolate, but you can use more or less depending on your preference.
Once done, shake your heart out & add some sprinkles.
If you can resist, let the chocolate cool completely before separating into bowls and noshing!
